Users maintain control over their data and integrations within PriorityEngine.

1. Requesting Data Deletion

Users may request deletion of their data at any time by:

  • disconnecting email integrations;

  • deleting their account within the platform;

  • contacting us directly at the email below.

2. What Happens After a Deletion Request

Upon receiving a valid deletion request, we will:

  • remove or anonymize associated account data where applicable;

  • disable active integrations;

  • remove stored operational data within a reasonable timeframe.

Some limited technical records, security logs, or backup data may remain temporarily where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or system recovery purposes.

3. Third-Party Services

If third-party providers are involved in processing certain services (such as hosting, authentication, analytics, or payment systems), some data may also remain subject to their retention policies and operational backup cycles.

4. User Responsibility

Users may also revoke email access directly through their email provider at any time.

Disconnecting integrations may stop future synchronization but may not automatically remove previously processed platform data unless deletion is requested.
