You remain fully responsible for your external accounts and integrations.

  • compatibility with every external provider or workflow.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PriorityEngine and Alleria AI Inc. shall not be liable for:

  • loss of data;

  • business interruption;

  • missed opportunities;

  • lost profits;

  • indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;

  • decisions made based on platform analysis or AI-generated suggestions.

Use of the platform is entirely at your own risk.

8. Payments and Subscriptions

Some platform features require a paid subscription or optional usage-based purchases.

By purchasing a subscription or additional usage packs, you agree to the pricing and billing terms presented at checkout.

Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

Payment processing is handled by third-party providers.

All platform content, software, branding, design, systems, and technology associated with PriorityEngine are owned by Alleria AI Inc.

You may not:
