We encourage all users to test PriorityEngine using the Free Plan before purchasing a paid subscription or additional usage packs.
The Free Plan allows users to evaluate the platform, core workflow, and compatibility with their business needs before making a purchase decision.
Because PriorityEngine provides digital software services and usage-based products, refunds are limited under the conditions below.
1. Subscription Plans
PriorityEngine offers monthly subscription plans, including:

Subscriptions are billed monthly and may be canceled at any time.
If you cancel a subscription:
future billing will stop automatically;
your current billing period will remain active until the end of the paid cycle;
the current billing period is non-refundable once activated.
We strongly recommend testing the Free Plan before upgrading to a paid subscription.
2. Usage-Based Add-ons (Extra Packs)
PriorityEngine also offers optional one-time purchases such as:
Email Analysis Packs
AI Reply Credit Packs
These products are:
activated immediately after purchase;
digitally delivered instantly;
consumed based on user activity inside the platform.
Because these are digital, usage-based, and consumable services:
→ all Extra Pack purchases are non-refundable once delivered or activated.
3. Exceptional Refund Situations
Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases, including:
duplicate charges;
accidental multiple billing;
